PROJECT LIDER

Powiatowy Zespol Szkol no 1 in Sieradz is the largest and oldest vocational school in the Sieradz district, operating continuously since September 1947. Currently, the institution comprises Technical Szchool no 1 named after Tadeusz Tański in Sieradz and Vocational School no 1 also named after Tadeusz Tański in Sieradz, where a total of 992 students study across 32 classes.

Our students are annually finalists or laureates of various competitions and olympiads, including the Technical Innovation and Invention Olympiad, the Knowledge and Skills in Construction Olympiad, and achieve high rankings in sports competitions. In the 2023 Regional Technical Schools Ranking, we were awarded the Bronze Shield.

We specialise in IT and language training dedicated to individuals with extensive professional experience. We also focus on soft skills, including stress management and burnout prevention.

Additionally, we offer training in marketing, finance, and data analysis. Since the beginning of our activity, we have trained over 2,500 adults. We are pleased that many participants have taken part in our courses multiple times. A particular focus of our efforts is supporting adults from disadvantaged groups, mainly people with disabilities and older age groups. Since the start of our operations in 2006, we have been active in the Lower Silesian labour market. We consistently strive to secure external funding to implement projects supporting the aforementioned target groups.

Mondego Mobility

At Mondego Mobility (MM), we focus on helping young people gain personal and professional experiences that enable them to face real-life professional challenges. Our main activity is the management and coordination of European mobilities, ensuring the implementation of high-quality internships in line with the expectations of schools and students, as well as Erasmus+ standards.

We also facilitate contacts and source companies capable of providing appropriate experiences and levels of training in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum, while delivering essential services to ensure these mobilities contribute to the development of excellent new skills. As part of our educational activities (including in the VET sector), we offer training for staff and organise job-shadowing opportunities in the best companies in Coimbra. Supporting young people and adults in their development is our passion, and we are eager to take on new challenges in this field.

The Institute of Citizen's Sustainable Development and Health

PARTNER FROM GREECE

The Institute of Citizen’s Sustainable Development and Health was established in 2011 in Piraeus, Greece. It is a non-profit organisation whose main objectives and tasks focus on contributing to the well-being of society by providing sustainable services to various recipients (regional authorities, local citizens, vulnerable target groups, entrepreneurs, etc.).

To achieve this, ICISDE is engaged in a range of activities related to environmental protection, economic initiatives at local, national, and European levels, the promotion of regions and regional products, as well as health-related actions. Additionally, I.Ci.S.DE conducts research concerning various target groups and sectors, including logistics, people with disabilities, regional development, and tourism.
